We’re so excited to gather everyone in New Mexico. We know destination weddings take a bit more planning, so we’re incredibly grateful you’re making the trip. To help you get here without breaking a sweat, we’ve rounded up everything you’ll need: nearby airports, rental car and shuttle options, directions to the ranch, and recommended places to stay. This portion of the site will grow as more information is available, but think of this section as your trail map.
Whether you’re flying in, road-tripping with a great playlist, or turning it into a long weekend adventure, we hope this guide makes travel planning simple and stress-free.

For the most flight options and greater scheduling flexibility, many guests will prefer flying into Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ). ABQ offers a wider range of airlines and flight times, along with extensive rental car availability. This airport is approximately 60 minutes from Santa Fe and 1 hour and 45 minutes from the venue.
The ranch is outside of Santa Fe, making Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) the closest airport. It’s a smaller regional airport with limited but convenient service, and it offers the shortest drive to the venue and hotels.
September is a popular time in New Mexico, so we recommend booking flights as early as possible.

If you’re flying into Albuquerque and staying in Santa Fe, it’s most convenient to rent a car. The drive north is approximately one hour. Other options include rideshare or taking the New Mexico Rail Runner Express from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, followed by a short rideshare to your hotel.
If you’re flying into Santa Fe, your hotel is just a short drive away.
For guests staying in Santa Fe, we recommend using our provided shuttles unless you plan to drive. Parking is available at the ranch, and we’ll provide detailed driving directions as the event date nears.
At select times over the weekend, we’ll offer shuttles from our preferred hotels to the ranch and back. Participating hotels and shuttle schedules will be shared once finalized.

We recommend staying in Santa Fe for the weekend. You’ll find everything from boutique inns to larger hotels – plus plenty to explore between events.
We’ve reserved room blocks at select Santa Fe hotels, and guests staying at these preferred properties will have access to the wedding shuttle service to and from the ranch over the weekend. Shuttle details will be shared once finalized. In the meantime, we suggest booking your rooms early as Santa Fe fills up fast.
If you choose to stay elsewhere or in a rental home, you’re absolutely welcome to, but please plan to meet at the preferred hotels or drive yourself, as shuttles will run only from the designated hotels.
